Since everything is custom-made, they are made to order. Depending on the number of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made, it is usually shipped within 2 days of completion. 

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents customers from getting their items back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers
